Maria Celina Romero

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Celina Romero on March 26, 2025. After battling brief illness, she departed this world peacefully, surrounded by her husband Rudy and extended family. Celina is preceded in death by her Children Dede Jozet Romero, Juan Romero, Parents, Ray and Antonia (Toni) Baca, Brother Alonzo Baca, Sister Theresa Urioste (Carlos-Decd), In Laws Rossanaldo and Adela Romero, Sister in Law, Edwina Garcia, Brother in Laws, Oliver Romero, Howard Trimborn, Nephew Tony Romero and Son in law, Nickolas Roybal. 

Celina is survived by her husband Rudy of 57yrs. Daughter Debbie Roybal (Victor Gonzales), Son Rudy Romero JR., Grandchildren, Dawnica Roybal, Deanna Roybal, Cassandra Gonzales, Ivan Romero and Angelo Romero. Sister Virginia BacaPadilla (Will-Decd), Brother Michael Baca (Margaret), Sister in laws Yolanda Jacobs (Mark), Dolores Trimborn, Stella Hernandez, Brother in laws, Henry Romero (Pauline), John Garcia and Juan R. Romero. Numerous Nieces, Nephews, extended family and friends. 

Celina was born and raised in Santa Fe but in her later years moved to Placitas and Bernalillo. Celina worked in the food industry for the majority of her life always with a smile and grace. She was so loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
