Daniel Mares

Daniel C. Mares, passed away unexpectedly on October 18, 2024 at the age of 51. Born in Santa Fe, New Mexico on October 15, 1973. He was preceded in death by his father, Manuel and brothers, David and Tommy. He is survived by his mother, Jennie, sister, Vickie, husband Jeff. His children, Malcolm, Jeremy, Monique and Danell, his grandchildren Trinity and Nathilia. Also, his nieces, Tara and Nicole, nephews, Richard and Justin, his companion Amanda and numerous other relatives and friends.

A painter by trade, Daniel followed the family tradition and was passionate about his work. He also enjoyed watching and cheering for the Las Vegas Raiders, playing basketball and visiting the casino.

He will be deeply missed, and his memory will be cherished by all who knew him.

A celebration of his life will be held on November 6, 2024 at 11am at Santa Fe Funerals & Cremations, at 1091 Siler Road, Suite A-1, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87507.
