Alfredo Jose Leyba

With heavy hearts, we are sad to announce the passing of our beloved son, brother, father, and uncle Alfredo Jose Leyba on October 13, 2024. He was 47 years old and born in Santa Fe, New Mexico, on May 19, 1977, to Benny and Mary Leyba. Fred was a bright and intelligent man. He owned his own construction business and took pride in constructing beautiful custom homes. He also enjoyed restoring classic cars. As a child, he was known to be energetic and full of life. As an adult, he was charismatic and had an infectious smile that could light up a room. Fred was very proud of his heritage and family lineage. His main priority in life was his family. He admired his father, Benny, and his mother, Mary. His pride and joy in his life were his three beautiful daughters, Unica, Maria, and Bella. Fred loved camping, fishing, traveling, and playing pool. He was a proud Denver Broncos fan who was always faithful to his team. His passion was his daughters, with whom he shared his musical talent. He would ride his Harley in Northern New Mexico when he wanted to find peace and security. Alfredo is survived by his three daughters: Unica Leyba, Mariah Leyba, and Isabella Leyba; his parents, Benny and Mary Leyba; his sister, Tammy Lucero; her husband, Leroy Lucero; his sister, Amanda Pacheco; her husband, Lorenzo Pacheco; his two nephews, Stephen Martinez, Rhyan Branch, and his wife, Dominica Branch; and his two niece's, Nichole Vigil and her husband Anthony Vigil and Bryhana Martinez.Our dear Alfredo will be missed. Lost but never forgotten. We love you!
